Nathan Castiel is an American filmmaker of Mexican and Moroccan descent. His work reflects his surreal sense of humor and outsider perspective, crafting characters and narratives that are at once melancholy and humorous - all with a distinctly vibrant aesthetic.
He also makes music under the name Perfect World.
He is the first in his family to be born in the US and was raised in the North San Fernando Valley. He graduated from USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
